I found this gif online.
This is a gif of Amanda Clarke from Revenge climbing a rope. You can see in her facial expressions that it is difficult but she is pushing hard to climb it.
This gif is communicating obstacles that Amanda faces in the show, I guess to really understand the gif you would have to have watched the show. Amanda is a tough woman who is willing to fight any battle and I believe that is what the gif is trying to show.
